Xbox one X sound issues and video issues at the same time

I have seen this before on xbox insiders are you part of the program?. Have you tried a factory reset to try and resolve this issue?.

Here is how to factory reset the console, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Try to go to SETTINGS, then SYSTEM, then CONSOLE INFO and last CONSOLE RESET, pick option to KEEP ALL GAMES AND APPS, then let console restart, do the SET UP and now test again. If still issue, then remove the YouTube app, and restart console.
After restart, sign in and do fresh download of app, then test again. Also try to keep power option mode on ENERGY-SAVING mode and see if it improves anything from 1 day to the next. I also have the sound issue, but it only happens if something is downloading
or to many things are running, Always close a app before you run a game, if game is running and you start going through apps and going in and out of menus - I do get sound issue when doing that. Let me know if any change of suggestions

My Xbox One X is connected to my receiver. When I try to setup Atmos in the audio settings Xbox One X says that my receiver, Denon AVR-4300H, does not have Atmos capability. I am only allowed to choose DTS for the bitstream sound output. Atmos works fine
with my Samsung 4K player so I know it is an Xbox One X issue.

The Dolby App does not give any error until I try to view the demo videos where it flashes, "you are not viewing this video on Dolby Atmos." It plays the demo video on DTS instead.

I have the same issue.

I have 2 xboxes connected to the same tv, an xbox one x and a black orginal xbox.

A couple of weeks ago the iplayer sound of the xbox one x stopped working when playing, everything else on the xbox sound wise works fine.

When i play a video the sound makes a little noise for a split second then doesn't work.

So i have to switch to the other xbox to watch bbc iplayer.

This is how i definately know its a software bug on the iplayer.

A have reinstalled the app to no avail.

I haven't factory reset the xbox yet.

I've got the same issue with amazon instant video (The sound is okay, the video studders)

Xbox Video works perfect.
