    Xbox One X sometimes loses connection on login


    So about every other time I turn on my Xbox One X, it is disconnected from LIVE. When I go to Network settings, it shows up as wired IPv4 but the NAT Type is Unavailable. Cannot connect. Only way I can get it to connect is by unplugging and replugging my
    router. The console is hardwired and I never once had this problem with my Xbox One. It has also never lost connection while gaming. Getting obnoxious as it takes about 5-10 minutes for a full router reset, and sometimes that doesnt even work. Any ideas?

    I have been having the same issues, bought a new xbox one X and have been losing connection randomly, never lost connection before with the normal xbox one. When I lose connection it will sometimes say Teredo error or upnp connection error. Totally not
    fun, I'm considering buying a new router but if it's the consoles fault I dont know what I'll do. I have already swapped my xbox one X out with another xbox one x from gamestop because I thought the first one was faulty and this did not stop the connection
    issue.

    i got everything working but the login with the X keeps saying error i have unlocked kitana and mileena klassic , but cant login

    into the wb acount on the xbox one ? i got my ipad open and login in to that and on xbox one for the wb login in

    it says acount link failed

    i got high scores on the app i would hate to lose some of the money i put into this

    really , i spent alot of time on this app

    The NAT type should ideally be "Open" for the best network performance on Xbox Live.

    You will have to get into your router/modem/gateway's settings to change a few things. In order to do so, you will need to figure out how to access those settings, which is usually an IP address in your web browser. That information could be found with any
    manuals that came with your network hardware, or found online by looking up the model number.

    Thank you for responding. I have checked it, every time I do, it shows it as Open. Do you think it could be switching to Strict and then right back to Open?

    I gave your suggestion a try and it did not workout in the long run. It did work in the beginning, but I lost connection twice within a 15-20 timeframe. Do you have any other suggestions or ideas?
