Xbox one x Software problems

I have similar problem but I'm also getting double net How to fix it please somebody contact me and guide me through Please Haven't been able to play for 2 weeks

I'm now doing an offline system update per guidelines at

Hey, I've the same issue..... no support and really dissappointed .... here a rough transcript from yesterday of my attempts to get it back online.

Chose ‘Turn off Xbox’ and it took one minute to shutdown

Turned it on via controller

And then tested network connection - >500MB/s

Then started console update and this error came up saying there was a problem with the April update

Successfully completed an update today ( Apr 30th ) and launched Netflix then it died

After troubleshoot I get another error and select factory reset - Remove Everything

Then it comes back to restart or troubleshoot choices

Restarted and asked to download the language lack for Ireland and the I get

Blank screen

Did a reset(10 second hold) and

then gave up....

What I need to be able to do, is a clean install .... or give it a Viking Funeral

And the Offline System Update option does NOT become active regardless of the USB port I use for the USB key ( which has the OS update ready to go on it... )

anyone have ideas?

your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced. Hope this helps. ...now the answer is ........Looked into the service. Unfortunately my Xbox One X is just out of warranty. Is the repair service actually $229?
Given how common this error is, I feel Microsoft should acknowledge they produced a defective product and repair the affected Xbox One Xs for free. The $229 charge seems a bit excessive and like a slap in the face since the product was defective from the
start. "Here spend $500 on this Xbox One X that's going to break in a year and a few months, then spend another $229 to fix something that never should have happened in the first place". As a customer since the original Xbox, and owner of multiple versions
of the Xbox 360 and 2 Xbox 1 consoles, I am not very happy with Microsoft right now. This will definitely dissuade me from purchasing any additional Microsoft products in the future.
