Xbox one x so many issues

Having the same issues as well with my brand new Xbox One X and TCL 55P605. Very disappointed to see so many others having the issue and no acknowledgement from Microsoft.

I'm also having an issue with WiFi disconnecting on my One X. I've searched and found many posts and various forum threads on this issue and it seems to only be on the One X. Some are saying switching to a wired connection helped, but the majority are
saying they still get issues through an Ethernet connection so I really don't want to have to spend the extra money to get an extra, longer Ethernet cable to only be faced with this issue there as well. I've also seen so many posts stating that people have
returned their One X for a new one and still have the exact same issue, so why go through the trouble of getting a replacement when I will most likely be faced with the same issue on another One X? This is unacceptable for a console that so many people have
spent $500 on. I, as many others have stated, know it's definitely not an issue with my WiFi or ISP but with the One X itself in some way (whether it be through it's wireless hardware or software). Instead of focusing on dashboard updates like being able to
create Avatars, they need to focus on fixes for wide spread issues like this that so many loyal customers are having to deal with. It is an issue that frustratingly hinders the experience of the consumer.

Same with my Xbox One X. I feel your frustration. The generic responses are becoming quite ridiculous, being that this is a known issue with many topics online speaking of this exact issue. Have reset my Xbox, cleared the cache and mac address, etc. (every
bit of advice that has been given I have tried) and it continues to happen. Also, I realize it will be pointless to send my console in for a replacement because someone else who is having the issue has a brand new white Xbox One X. My Nintendo Switch stays
connected to the same wireless connection flawlessly. The team really needs to appropriately acknowledge and address this issue that so many are having with their Xbox One X consoles.

I had 2 scorpio units do this and now they gave me a reg one X from the microsoft store. I'd love to know why this is happening too.

Exactly. I've also been having an issue with my One X randomly disconnecting. It's happened several times over the past week; fortunately not while in the middle of an online gaming session yet. Come to think of it,
I don't believe it happened to me until the latest console update. The past two nights it occurred while I was simply browsing the Microsoft Store, and each time I have to hard reset the console to get it to connect again. I have been a loyal consumer of the
Xbox platform since the original console and purchased the One X a few weeks ago. Yes, I've hard reset the console and power cycled each time and even reset my modem but the problem persists. I've searched and found that so many others are having similar issues
