Xbox One X Slow Wired Internet Download Speed

Hi,

I was downloading an update for a game add on and I noticed the download speed was very slow relative to my internet speed. I have 200 mbps download and I am using a wired connection. I tried switching lan ports and ethernet cables. My network speed test
on the xbox showed 2 mbps download but when I used the same cable on my laptop it tested at 190mbps. I have a Linksys EA9500V2 router that is hard wired in from a box outside. There is no modem in between. I ran wireless tests also from my phone and laptop
and it tests around 180-190 mbps but the xbox wireless was still slow. My xbox is up to date and so is my routers firmware. Any troubleshooting suggestions or help? Thanks for your time.

I think I may have a network bandwidth issue rather than an xbox issue. My wife was also watching netflix while I was trying to download the add on. She switched to a different band on the router and I reset everything and my speed shifted to 130mbps on
my xbox while wired.

I followed this link and followed up until the firewall part as the links on that step and the next few were broken. I am not sure what could have changed because I have never had this problem unless its a hardware
issue with the Xbox. However, I do not see the wired port on the Xbox and the wireless capability failing to the point of producing crawling speeds at the same time.

I tried this and it is still testing at 3 mbps

You'll likely find the download rate right now is more towards the download servers. Probably less on your end.
