    Hey,

    So I recieved a Xbox one x two days ago and was pumped. I've been an xbox user since the original halo and fusion frenzy.

    But upon setup, all of my games were slow to load, and now, I cannot sign into my account. For a while it would, provided I restarted the console EVERY time I wanted to. But now it just wont.

    I posted a chat but nobody got back to me, so I am trying to figure out if I can get some help here, since xbox has no phone support. (Disappointing).

    Fully updated, wired ethernet, speed not at all an issue.

    Please help.

    No error message, issue seems to resolve itself partly on wifi.

    Tried troubleshooter to no avail.

    Wired connection should theoretically be more stable, any idea what may be causing this? Wire is brand new, and modem is on 400 mbps plan, getting steady 250 to the xbox when downloading games.

    Hi HarPar,

    Are you still not able to sign in on the Xbox? Generally that means some connectivity issues with Xbox Live.

    Have you fully rebooted your modem or network devices for at least a good 5 minutes and then

    power cycled     the Xbox as well?

    Do you have an sign in issues with the Xbox App for mobile or Windows 10 or even Xbox.com?

    Download speeds are based on availability the servers have to distribute in your area, regardless of your internet speeds. This is only temporary based on server loads at any given time.

    Also
    Xbox Customer Support     does have a callback option on the support portal. You just have to go a specific route on the support portal to get the option to request a callback.
