    XBOX ONE X SHUTS OFF STREAMING W/ USB WEBCAM


    So i stream quite a bit but when i stream my Xbox one x (brand new) by the way shuts off with the webcam usb attached. When i remove the cam it works just fine and i continue to stream for hours. With the camera its just random i could be mid game then
    all of a sudden everything shuts off. Any fixes or can the powerful 4k xbox one x not support a usb webcam ?

    What Web Cam you Have, you tried change the USB Port to See? First Try see what firmware version you have installed and see if you don't have any Insider Firmware too. If you share more information about the your Xbox One X Firmware System, I suggest

    there has been an ongoing issue, the appropriate teams are aware and hopefully its fixed soon. its a stubborn bug thats for sure.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help figure out what could be causing the crashing.

    Are you streaming to Mixer or Twitch directly from your Xbox?

    Do you have a USB webcam plugged in while you stream?

    We've seen some instances where the Xbox One console would shut off while streaming on Mixer with a USB webcam plugged in. Let us know if this applies to you.

    I have the same probably my xbox turns off for awhile when im streamjnf on mixer. With a webcam. I got the logitech webcam. My xbox does not turn off when im streaming without a webcam.
