Xbox one X shuts down

    Xbox one X shuts down


    My console fully shuts down after starting Observer, I've tried reseting it but no effect.

    Funny thing that after it shuts down I can't start the xbox through the controller, any ideas?

    Hey Fabrice, thanks for the response! What I've tried that helps is try to do a

    soft factory reset     (while keeping games and apps) . Alternatively follow these steps but the console continues to get hot and shut down, request
    a repair!

    Hello SoldRaccoon,

    Sorry for the issue with the console shutting down. If it is only that game we recommend Uninstall and reinstall the game. After the uninstall do a

    Power cycle     on console. When you install the game let the game fully install before starting the game.

    I did reinstall it and also power cycling lot of times, unfornately it didnt work.
