Xbox One X shuts down randomly

Strange thing happens to my Xbox One X. Sometimes I can play couple of hours with no problem, sometimes after a while (couple of minutes) I get my console shutting down and powering up again just like it starts from Instant On mode. It can do this on and
on, meaning shutting down and powering straight to dashboard. I tried connecting it directly to the wall, but after couple of days it just happened again. There's no sign of overheating or fans spinning like hell. As you can imagine, it's annoying as hell.
Any suggestions or I just have to send it to Microsoft for check in and repair?

Try a hard reset, hold the power button down for ten seconds or so. If that doesn't work call support.

Worst case scenario, the console will need to be repaired or replaced. If it gets to that point, the first thing to try is see if you can get it exchanged with the retailer you bought it from. Otherwise, you can start setting up a repair with Microsoft here:
