Xbox one X shutdown / turns off random when playing Coo op 2 player splitscreen.

Im sick and tired off this complete [mod removed-inappropriate] from my Xbox one x it turns off after awhile while playing with my friend local coo op with 2 controller splitscreen. There is no warnings it just shutdown i hold my hand on
it to see if there is some heat issues but its normal temparature. There is no weird sounds coming from it. It feels like there is some plugin issues when there is 2 controllers working at the same time mashing buttons its to much for the xbox to handle. So
it turns it self off?!. One thing is for sure its not going to happen again ive put it down in a box its now going to collect dust on the shelf im tired of this
[mod removed-inappropriate].

Things ive done:

I have made a soft reset didnt work

I have made a hard reset Didnt work

I have unplugged all cables and shifted from front panel to back panel back and forth didnt work.

I have tryed another power socket into the wall didnt work.

I have cleaned the console from dust didnt work

I have put it on the side so it could vent in more air didnt work

When i play alone nothing happens i can sit for hours without the fu console turns off.

When i play with my friend 2 player splitscreen it turns off after some hours. Borderlands 2 handsome collection and diablo 3 these games have been shuting down. Borderlands is played with splitscreen. Diablo 3 is played on the same screen "Couch coo op".

Is there anyone that can give any good ideas on whats going on with the console otherwise its going to collect dust with my nintendo switch.

Thanks for replying. When you set up a repair, they will repair the device for what it is being sent for. If they are unable to repair it they will replace it with a equal value one.

Usually the consoles are reset to factory, so when you get back you will need to set it up and add your account back to the console. This is when it will update if needed.

Sounds like it may be overheating. Make sure the vents are free of dust and debris and that it is in a well ventilated area. If that doesn't resolve the issue you should contact
Xbox Support to set it up for a repair.

If i contact xbox support and set it up for a repair how will that work? will they update my console somehow? plx advice.

Reset to factory i have done with hard reset that will not solve the issue. If i send it in they will need to replace it or open it up and check if there is something wrong. A reset i can do from home not sure how it will help if i send my console to microsoft
and i get it back and the only thing they did was reseting the console? that i can do alone?.
