Xbox one x shut down after starting bundle game

The Xbox launches the bundle game after the full installation. But after about 10-15 sec. the sound stops and the console goes down without an error message and can only be started on the console itself. Network connection is good and I try everthing to
solve the problem!

Can anybody help me out?

Purchased Xbox One 4 months ago, about week or two ago it has started to shut down right after stating a game. When I restart it is fine. Very annoying for a new console. I have seen this in other threads as a common issue but have not been able to find
a fix shown any those same threads.

My console fully shuts down after starting Observer, I've tried reseting it but no effect.

Funny thing that after it shuts down I can't start the xbox through the controller, any ideas?

I done this tips before but nothing helps! The xbox console is new and the bundle game the first game on the console. Should be run with it if sold in a bundle! Or a broken console with hardware problems?

What is the exact error you are getting? It will help determine what is going on with the console.

I didn´t get any error messages. I start the installed game the tone stops about 10-15 seconds later and the console shut down. Thats it!

If the previously posted steps didn't resolve your issue, then it might be great to try instead the troubleshooting steps outlined in our article “My
Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay”.

If that doesn't work, then I'd suggest trying a soft factory reset.

It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts and have easy access to your internet network.

I tryed all of these steps before but nothing works for my console!

If that does not help out, then the next thing to try is another factory reset but this time I would suggest selecting the option
Reset and remove everything.

If that does not resolve the issue, it might be that your console has a hardware problem as these resets should clear out and resolve most software issues.

If it turns out that you do have a hardware problem, then you can always create a repair order by visiting out

device support page or contacting
Xbox Customer Support directly.

I also try the Reset and remove everything option but nothing helps. The console is now back in the shop and I try a new one in a few days. Must be a hardware probleme. Nothing else makes sense!

 

please make sure you are NOT connected to a surge protector or anything else besides a WALL outlet. If you are plugged into one of these things, this could be the issue. If your power cord is plugged into an extension or surge, please turn off your console,
unplug it from the back of the Xbox, and the surge. Wait 2 minutes then re plug your system directly into the wall outlet. This will reboot your surge protector that's built into your console. If this does not work and you have tried all other troubleshooting
listed above. It will be a hardware issue and you should
contact support.
