    Xbox One X has black screen or no signal on 60" Vizio 1080p and 43" Vizio 1080p but works fine on 13" 720p monitor. I have tried several different troubleshooting options including hard reset but still nothing.

    First I'm sorry you're having this problem.

    Try the solution below please be aware that this is a factory reset, however, you may choose to keep your games and applications.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

    *Select the option to keep your games and apps.

    My Xbox One Isn't working properly.

    Same black screen. Power display shows on, my Tv HDMI input shows receiving signal but black screen on xbox. Home button shows it’s there and option to turn console off or controller off but that is all I can do. Smh !
