Xbox one X showing not showing any screen

I was on my Xbox for about an hour and my power got cut off - after it came back online there is now no video signal...

I've tried multiple HDMI cables - I've tried unplugging the power cable fully and leaving for 30 seconds - I've tried starting troubleshoot mode (Holding power and eject / Communications button) and I can hear the 2nd beep but nothing shows on screen.

I've checked around and people are saying it's a fault with the HDMI port but that surely can't be the case as I was playing on it minutes before and the only thing that threw it off was a power cut?

I did format my USB on PC and then connected it to the xbox a few hours before which is the only other thing I can think of that's broke it?

A power outage exactly something that could have broken it, as the electricity surging could have fried the port

It could be your TV's HDMI port went. Have you tried plugging your Xbox into another TV or monitor? You could also try to hook up a DVD player or computer into that HDMI port and see if those don't work either.

Tried multiple monitors each with different HDMI cables including some that I know work.

Yes, I've even tried to use the Power / Connect & eject button to enter troubleshoot mode and although it turns on, nothing displays.
