    Xbox one x settings issue


    Hello,

    My xbox wont let me go into my settings it says that the settings app is updating but there is no updates in my games and apps. Is there anything i can do?

    Ran into the same issue with my Xbox One X when trying to connect to my 4k tv through a switch. I had to set my Playstation 4 Pro to 2160p-YUV420 to display properly. Is there a similar setting for the Xbox One X?

    Strange issue with 4K-settings on Xbox One X

    I can't read Norwegian, but if it shows green checkmarks for everything in either language, it should be all fine and supported. Perhaps a translation error?

    Also, while playing a game, is your screen still running at 60Hz?

    Xbox one x settings issue

    Hi there!

    Let's power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, then power it back on and see if the same message pops up.

    If it does, let's use the following steps to reset the console:

    1. Hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox One console until it fully powers down, unplug the power cord, and wait 30 seconds. Please note the console must be fully powered
    down; the next steps will not work if the console is powered on from connected standby.



    2. Plug the power cord back in.



    3. PRESS the POWER Button then Hold down the Bind button (located on the side of the console next to the USB port) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console next to the
    optical disc slot), continue holding down Bind and Eject until you hear a second “power up” chime.



    4. Then SELECT Reset this Xbox - This Troubleshooter takes the User to a page that allows you to select full reset or reset but keep content (this allows you to keep your installed games
    and settings!)

    Issues with streaming your Xbox One X on your PC are possibly caused by network connection issue or your network settings are not configured correctly. To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following information:

    • Are your PC and your Xbox One X console connected to the same network?
    • Have you tried to restart your router and set up the connection settings to your devices again?
    • Did you set the power settings to Instant On in on your Xbox One X?

My series x has worked for months before now, and all other devices on the network are working, including my Xbox one and Xbox one x.
