Xbox one X service order courier issue.

Microsoft created a service order for my xbox one x. It's still in warranty but it's not working. So they gave me all the details on how to ship my product. When I contact fedex to arrange a pickup they are asking for the microsoft account on which they
can charge the shipping. I have talked to microsoft agents; they say everything including shipping is free of cost. And fedex won't pickup my device the account number. How can I get that account number. Otherwise international shipping is going to cost me
half of my xbox's price.

Please help.

Xbox One X - Scorpio Edition Delivery Date

Do not EVER pre order from microsoft themselves.... I did, i pre orderd my Xbox One X and was assured delivery on the Tuesday, they didnt book a driver, then blamed the courier company and claimed my xbox was delivered, and the courier hadn't even picked
it up... I'll be lucky to see it by Monday they now rekon.... but I could have gone to JB HIFI and picked one up at midnight (like everyone else did).... never again....

not running the disc drive on the console

Hello! You have ordered the X BOX ONE 500GB. Order number No. 227772 22.11.2016 I brought her courier. When hooked up the console I discovered that the drive does not work (does not read discs) Ask me to swap to another console or return the money.

The prepaid label should have that info on it but for international shipping you may have to pay the cost for shipping.

You should have a local place in your country to repair items but if you're somewhere not in a
supported xbox live countryyou may have to pay the whole shipping yourself.

I going to guess you mean for console repairs or something like that?? I know they use UPS for U.S. shipments. Not sure about any other countries.

@smiles, its not a couriers job to know or care whats in the box, its down to the retailer (and to an extent the buyer) to ensure the delivery service is appropriate to the item and the time available to the buyer.

One question has to be why did they order it for a day they were not in?

And while I sympathies with the OP, its not one persons fault.

Also to answer your question most of them, it depends on the courier service used, "myhermes" is a big one, they think safe is putting your items in wheely bins, but they are cheap which is why companies use them.
