    Been an issue lately I’ve switched HDMI’s and and reset my console and taken off the power cord and basically done all the basic steps. Even reset my console completely and still no luck. Need help fixing this issue

    Seems like you have indeed performed all the necessary steps, have you also tried to use a different TV to check if it's the TV or the console itself?

    Have you tried changing the HDMI cable? It could just be something as simple as that.
    I did try unplugging/re-plugging it and making sure it wasn't loose. We've only just had it since Christmas, but maybe I'll have to go buy another cable.

    Hi,

    Try different cables and different TV's. If you're still having issues get the console replaced.

    The Xbox is locked down system it is impossible to get a virus on it.
