Xbox One X screen flickering white static when under load

I bought a new BFV edition Xbox One x but over the past two or so months it's being experiencing a few issues,

I upgraded to a ASUS VP28UQG 4K monitor and plugged the xbox into it, no issue for about a month until I noticed the screen would occasionally flicker a weird white static for a couple frames.

I tried everything I could think of:

changing HDMI cables (version 2.0 of course) - no result still the same

plugging in computer - didn't experience issue

changing xbox settings - YCC 4:2:2 on and off and tinkering with all of the video settings possible - no result same issue

checking if it was over heating - it felt warm but not very to the touch so seemed to be fine

changing plug sockets and checking cable connections - no result

none of the above worked but what is really strange is this only happens when the xbox is under stress, like when explosions or lots of enemies are on screen or in loading screens, but sometimes it seems random.

I'm pretty sure it's the xbox because when I'm watching youtube or going through the main menu this never happens, only in games

This problem can be pretty bad where in a game like rainbow six siege when it flickers for several seconds it can easily cause you to lose a game

I was wondering if anyone was experiencing this issue as well or have a solution, please get back too me

Can you try going to Settings > Display & Sound > Video Output > Video Fidelity
> and see if it's set to 12-bit? If it is, try it on 8-bit instead. Once you make the change, try to Power Cycle your console and then try again.

If it continues, then try when you unplug any externals. I've heard some users were having issues where their external hard drive was pulling power from the box and causing the white static. If this is the case you might have to have your Xbox serviced for
repair if you've already tried a soft factory reset.

Soft Factory Reset:

System > Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games & apps

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Have you tried on another screen?

He tried a tv and a new momitor

I haven't tried since since the problem occured, I'll try it later the only reason I think it'd be different if it was a comparability issue
