Xbox one X scorpio WIFI stops working

Having issues with the wifi on the scorpio. When I first start up the wifi connects fine and I can play, watch, stream for hours without issue. But if I stop and go have lunch, dinner etc when I get back either the wifi has completely stopped or the NAT
has gone into moderate or strict mode and I can not play online. Testing the NAT does nothing.

At first I thought it was my wifi router but all my other devices still work and connect to the internet fine. In order to get back online I have to restarted the condole and it connects immediately with NAT open and all services available, but should I
leave the console idle for any length of time greater than 5 mins the NAT goes back into lockdown or the wifi drops the connection completely and will not reconnect without rebooting the system.

I've ordered a cable to test it that way but I shouldn't have to use outdated tech on a supposed state of the art modern device such as the Xbox one X scorpio. I can't find any setting that would cause the wifi to go into what is possibly a power save mode
(which is all I can think of) have gone though all the trouble shooting steps though most don't really apply. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the xbox one x a new console or a more powerful xbox one?

i've been a little worried since i found out about project scorpio, and now that it was announced as the xbox one x at e3 i've just been wondering if my xbox one is gonna be considered last-gen or just an inferior model of the one X. What i'm trying to find
out is if the xbox one x is a new console or just a newer xbox one, because i'm not buying the one X because i already have the xbox one. A nd the only way i'm getting the one X is if my xbox one stops working. So can some one tell me if my xbox one is going
to be considered last -gen or just the inferior model, thanks.

 

Concerns about the reported problems about the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition.

I just purchased an Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition off of Amazon and I'm concerned about the failure rate, heat, fan noise and other problems with Scorpio Xbox One Xs by reading the forums off of Xbox.com and others. I haven't opened up the retail box
yet. Should I return it and get an regular Xbox One X or an 1-2 TB Xbox One S?

So how's your Project Scorpio Xbox One X doing?

 

Similar issue here....seems to disconnect from wifi every 10-15 minutes and I have to log back in.
