Xbox one x scorpio textures issue

Hello,

I have a problem with new xbox one x scorpio edition.

Textures in every game i lauch (recore, fh3, gow4) are weird. They pop up and flickering all the time.

Is there any way to fix this or the console is broken and only service can rapair this?

Concerns about the reported problems about the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition.

I just purchased an Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition off of Amazon and I'm concerned about the failure rate, heat, fan noise and other problems with Scorpio Xbox One Xs by reading the forums off of Xbox.com and others. I haven't opened up the retail box
yet. Should I return it and get an regular Xbox One X or an 1-2 TB Xbox One S?

So how's your Project Scorpio Xbox One X doing?

Hi there,

be sure to double check the connection of the HDMI cable on both Console and TV, also try a different HDMI cable if reconnecting the original cable didn't help.

If a cable doesn't make any difference, be sure to try the console on a different TV too, since it could also be TV related.

If changing cable and trying a different TV didn't make any difference, then I advise to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) to see if they have any additional steps to try, if they don't the only other option would be to have the
console replaced and or repaired. Which Xbox Support can set up for you too or you can do it yourself.

As far as I know the console has a 1 year warranty so repair/replace is likely free of charge during warranty.

I have an Xbox One X, not the Xbox One X Scorpio edition and mine isn't slow or clunky. I think they made so adjustments to the Xbox One X after the Scorpio edition came out.

The Scorpio was limited edition and not the same size as the Xbox one X if I remember correctly. That may be the issue

The main reason you are experiencing this issue with the textures is due to the Xbox one X having native 4K textures. When you moved the game over to your older Xbox one, the textures may start at 720p and sometimes go up to 1080p. Without the Xbox one
X, your enhancements will not be shown on the older generation console.
