Xbox one X scorpio temperature

On my xbox one x console from the back where warm air goes out the temperature goes up to 80c, the console has plenty of room to enter the cool air and get out warm, standing on a vertical stand, the console quickly warming up after 15 minutes playing
Anthem.

that sounds normal. the console will warm up depending on the content.

That is fairly normal. It means that the cooling system is doing its job in getting the heat OUT of the Xbox One. If the air coming out is not hot after a gaming session, then the heat is staying inside, and that could mean trouble.

Anthem does use up a fair bit of resources. So it's bound to get warm. If the console is still working fine, then you have nothing to worry about.

Hello All,

The Xbox one X is built for games with all the 4K rating AAA games. Personally noticed this with these games also. As an example your car does the same thing, when it hotter outside it gets hotter, your fans run more to keep it cool. Its great to come to
the forums and ask though.

The same for me, its getting warm and the vent is speed up nearly for every 4k game..

So I think this is quite "normal"
