    I recently purchased an Xbox one X project scorpio edition. Upon trying to set it up I realized the sync button is not working. I have tried several times to use it and non of my controllers will sync. I have also tried connecting the controllers to the
    Xbox through the all of the usb ports and it provides power to the controllers but it will not sync them still. I have also made sure i am pressing the sync button and not the eject button as many people have suggested. This is not a controller issue as they
    all connect to my old Xbox. Is there a solution to getting the controllers to connect or to get the sync button to work, or do i need to have it repaired and replaced?

    Where did you purchase the Xbox One X console from? If none of the controllers are syncing even when you use a cable, that seems extremely odd. Do the controllers at least work properly when they are plugged in to the console via a wire? If the controllers
    are working on your old Xbox, but not the new one then it doesn't seem like they'd need to be updated either.

    I have an Xbox One X, not the Xbox One X Scorpio edition and mine isn't slow or clunky. I think they made so adjustments to the Xbox One X after the Scorpio edition came out.

    I believe it was "Xbox" or whatever the deafault was for the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, but then I changed it to Project Scorpio.

    Sync the Controller:
    To sync a wireless controller with your Xbox, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox button on the controller to turn it on.
    Press and hold the small sync button on the front of the Xbox Series X console (located near the USB port).
    While holding the sync button on the console, press and hold the sync button on the controller (located on the top near the Xbox button).
    Release both sync buttons when the controller's Xbox button starts flashing. The controller should now be synced with the console.
