    *UPDATE* Cleaned the disc thoroughly and it is now working*!!!

    I just purchased the new Ghost in the Shell 25th Anniversary UltraHD 4K and my Project Scorpio Xbox One X will not read the 4K disc.

    I have...

    1.) Re-inserted the disc more than once.

    2.) Checked to make sure it's not scratched (it's not).

    3.) Restarted the X1X twice.

    4.) Uninstalled the Blu-Ray Player app and re-installed.

    5.) Made sure 4K/HDR is turned on/configured for the TV and X1X.

    6.) Verified I am already using High Speed/4K HDMI cables.

    After I re-installed the Blu-Ray Player app the X1X read the Star Wars Solo 4K/UltraHD disc just fine.

    Inserted the Ghost in the Shell 4K/UltraHD disc and received the following error...again.

    "We're having trouble reading this. Make sure it's a Blu-ray or disc supported etc. Error code (0x91d70000).

    Either it's the disc, app, or X1X hardware.

    Is everyone's XBox One X so slow and clunky?

    I have an Xbox One X, not the Xbox One X Scorpio edition and mine isn't slow or clunky. I think they made so adjustments to the Xbox One X after the Scorpio edition came out.

    Hi there,

    Purchasing any electronic item on Day One runs the same risk, this is not unique to the Xbox One X release - Prices drop after release, there are limited time specials offered, or a newer model comes out down the road.

    Same goes for automobiles.

    The Scorpio edition is a limited edition console. No more will be made of that edition. Any user If you want an Xbox One X with PUBG, it won't say Project Scorpio on it.

    Any user currently looking for a Project Scorpio edition console one month after release will most likely be paying a higher price for it than what it originally sold for.

    I don't have the Scorpio edition, but will tell you my X does the same thing with 4k enhanced games. Wolfenstein 2 seems to be the worst offender.

    I believe it was "Xbox" or whatever the deafault was for the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, but then I changed it to Project Scorpio.
