Xbox one x Scorpio edition problems

I’ve been having a lot of problems with the Xbox one x Scorpio edition I’ve been getting black screens can’t install games can’t play them and I’ve been trying different things with Microsoft support for 3 days straight now and nothing is working is there
away I could get one that works I put a lot of money in this and I can’t afford a new one.

Concerns about the reported problems about the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition.

I just purchased an Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition off of Amazon and I'm concerned about the failure rate, heat, fan noise and other problems with Scorpio Xbox One Xs by reading the forums off of Xbox.com and others. I haven't opened up the retail box
yet. Should I return it and get an regular Xbox One X or an 1-2 TB Xbox One S?

support flat out told me no. They will replace with a 1x. I'm pretty livid.

 

I've been trying to get help on this same topic. Customer support said that I could put in a warranty claim but it could take months before I'd get it back working. I said that I just bought it and want a new one sent immediately
and I'd send the bad one back. They transferred me to a supervisor who recapped my issue incorrectly and as I started to explain the situation correctly the line disconnected and I didn't get a call back, even though they specifically asked for my call back
number in case of a disconnect. Now I have spent 5 hours doing factory resets and another 90 minutes on the phone with support and I'm in the same position I started in. This is very poor customer service.
