Xbox One X - Scorpio Edition - Damaged When Sent For Repair!!!

Hey guys,

So I sent my Xbox One X - Scorpio Edition off to be repaired as it was not operating through a HD cable. You were able to stream to a PC and see that the console was working, but it would not display on multi TV's/Monitors.

I sent the console off to be repaired, and to my frustration 2 weeks later it comes back with a letter saying that it will not be covered by warranty as the console has been tampered with and has not been repaired. To top this off, the back of the console
has been damaged. Looks like something has been dropped onto it/been dropped. So, I now have a console that not only doesn't work, but Microsfot are not willing to fix under warranty because of damage that was 110% not there when I sent the console.

I packed the console in such a manner that where it was damaged would be nearly impossible to be damaged in transit. Additionally, someone has touched the console as the screws on the rear are loose/showing witness marks that someone has been there.

It was purchased on the release date - I have set it up and left it where my other consoles have always sat, until it decided to play up and then was boxed up to be sent. The console has NEVER been tampered with, moved or damaged since I bought it and set
up. It is a £450/£500 console for crying out loud! Why on earth would I do anything to it if it is under warranty!

I have had every single console from 360 - Xbox one X spending scarily in the realms of £2000 on consoles alone let alone accessories, games from the store and having xbox live for 12 years on the bounce and then this happens???!! Massive middle finger from
Microsoft right there!!

Has anyone else come across something as bloody ridiculous as this, and if so what was the outcome of their issue??? I have been told they will investigate and let me know, but I can see this being a case of "tough luck" which I will not be happy about at
all. If it was something I had done, then fine, but I categorically have not done anything to cause this console to break, and being told that it has been tampered with has sent me through the roof today, and to come back in the state that it had is beyond
a joke.

Xbox One X Power Issues

I Have had Xbox One x scorpio edition from day of release. Nothing but problems. Sent for repair still no change. All they keep saying is send it for another repair. Ridicules!

Give up on trouble shooting issues and researching the net and youtube. Nothing sorts it.

All xbox support test done also.
