Xbox One X (Scorpio Edition) controller defective

My brand new Scorpio Edition controller is defective (out of the box). There is a rattling noise in the case and when I press the control pad to the left a crackling sound can be heard.

I own 3 more Xbox One controllers, one of the first generation, an elite controller and one of the second generation. None of these controllers rattles or makes strange noises.

Now I don't need to ask the dealer for an exchange, because the console is sold out. I registered the device on the Microsoft support page, but I can't open a warranty case, because the error "To many redirects" always appears, no matter which browser I
use, no matter which provider nor device I try to use.

How do I get to an intact (Scorpio Edition) controller?

Xbox Italian Support Tricked me and i lost my Scorpio Gamepad

i did specified the controller was the Scorpio one several time in the chat. They didn't deny that.

They are simply assuming that since the system wont recognize the ID of the controller it wasnt a Scorpio edition one.

And that's odd: they replaced the controller as "controller given with the console in warranty" and the console was "xbox one x Scorpio " ... but the only controller given with that console is the Scorpio . The mistake is under them eyes.

I texted Microsoft IT on facebook and they opened again my case. I hope someone will call me to explain the facts.

a repair on that controller through our
Contact Us page. The appropriate teams will do everything they can to replace the controller with the same type, however we cannot guarantee stock over the forums.

That's what I did and also sent all necessary information to the chat support. However, I have not received a confirmation email or any other information about what to do now.

Hello, meanwhile the replacement item has been shipped (without tracking number).

now I suspect that the recipient address (my) is incomplete. how can I verify that the replacement device has been sent to the correct address?
