    Xbox One X Scorpio Ed. Turned off/will not power up. Website repair request help.


    After the proper setup, an update, downloaded 2 games and a few hours of use, the system turned itself off and will not turn back on.

    Went through the troubleshooting tutorial, unplugged everything, waited (10 secs, 15 mins and 1 hour with everything unplugged), plugged power cord back on and does not power on.

    Power button will not light up, no TV signal and no reaction to the gamepad.

    Another issue:

    I registered my Xbox1xSE at account.microsoft.com then in the "Device service and repair" my system is there as;

    Xbox One X - 1TB - Project Scorpio

    EditionSerial: XXXXXXXXXX (hidden for here)

    UNDER WARRANTY

    When i click on my registered xbox1xse it takes me to a new page and says "Retrieving your eligibility" and just stays loading indefinitely.

    I have used many different browsers (chrome, firefox, IE) and get the same endless loading in the "Device service and repair" page.

    I'm at a loss here as i can't even submit a repair request on the site.

    I figure it is either on my side or maybe the site must be very busy or something.

    Is there another way to submit a repair request?

    Why does my Power Brick stay on?

    I have a question. everytime i turn off my xbox one my power brick still stays power'ed on, now does it shut off by itself after 5 mins of inactivity like the wireless controller or? i always end up unplugging the power brick after i turn of my xbox but i feel like that bad for it....can anyone can help me?

    My Xbox One x Scorpio addition will not power off using the front power button. I can shut it down using the controller but the button will only power the dvr on. Is this something I should be worried about?

    My Xbox 1 Scorpion Edition Turns itself off after Startup

    Hello S E R E 3,

    Understanding that this is an Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, it is recommended to try a different power cable to your console to ensure that the cause of the console turning off isn't that the power cable is not supplying enough power.

    If a different power cable is tested, the console may need to be repaired in order to resolve this
    power issue.

    These are our recommendations, please let us know how it goes.

    Should I be worried? What is going on?

    Most problems Ive heard of are with the Scorpio Edition which includes the one I got and the second one I traded that one in for.Going to trade it back in again for just a regular One X.Im haveing issues with the power or the power cord.I can get it to turn
    on but sometimes nothing will run.When I first plugged it in yesterday It wouldnt turn o n at all.Had to replug the power cord in several times.This happened with both Scorpio editions Ive had.If the regular One X works then maybe its a case of them rushing
    out the Scorpio editions.I dont know.Ive looked these problems up online and they are all over the place for the scorpio edition.That being said I wouldnt be too worrried.If anything you will be able to replace it easily enough.

    Mine died yesterday after 3h of usage. While I was playing Assassins Creed the console turned off. Tried to restart it but the X just turns on for a second and you can hear the Start sound and the xbox will turn off immediately.

    I disconnected all cables, tried a different wall outlet and did some power cycles but this morning the xbox still does the same: NOTHING

    This is exactly what happened to me. I was playing a game of Madden 18 and it just turned off. I tried everything you said as well - nothing. It just makes the startup sound and the light comes on for about a second and then it shuts off.

    Plugged into wall outlet (Y/N): Plugged into same power strip I’ve been using for Xbox One for a couple years along with LG Oled 4ktv, and Onkyo receiver - never had any issues.
