Xbox one x scorpio controller disconnecting

hi,

i have an Xbox one x scorpio edition and it CONSTANTLY disconnects the controller,

have to give it a hard reset to get a decent run out of it,

i have purchased other genuine controllers to test to see if it the controller or xbox and it still happens,

i am using genuine batteries

i have run a wired connection and have removed all wifi components that may give a feedback issues.

my other xbox one in the same spot has zero issues and runs flawlessly

im looking for help to fix this issue but fear that my xbox scorpio is faulty and if it goes in for repairs i wont get it back

i did specified the controller was the Scorpio one several time in the chat. They didn't deny that.

They are simply assuming that since the system wont recognize the ID of the controller it wasnt a Scorpio edition one.

And that's odd: they replaced the controller as "controller given with the console in warranty" and the console was "xbox one x Scorpio " ... but the only controller given with that console is the Scorpio . The mistake is under them eyes.

I texted Microsoft IT on facebook and they opened again my case. I hope someone will call me to explain the facts.

Hey Tbags,

Thank you for reaching out. You mentioned your other console works just fine, let's make sure this isn't a software related issue. I suggest you try a

factory reset while keeping your games and apps by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

Make sure you have your email and password as you will be asked to sign back in. Hope this helps
