Xbox One X (Scorpio) Conroller Problem

Hi Guys,

Xbox One X Scorpio edition is still under warranty but left thumbstick ion cntroller s clicking so I think it has developed a fault. I tried to get support under warranty and service and when entering PID for controller no support options
are shown. I have been trying to find another way to contact support like via email but ended up here. I know with a previous Xbox they repaired or replaced the controller. Problem i have is that its a Scorpio edition controller and although I have a spare
standard one would like to try and get this one fixed.

Any ideas?

Concerns about the reported problems about the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition.

I just purchased an Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition off of Amazon and I'm concerned about the failure rate, heat, fan noise and other problems with Scorpio Xbox One Xs by reading the forums off of Xbox.com and others. I haven't opened up the retail box
yet. Should I return it and get an regular Xbox One X or an 1-2 TB Xbox One S?

So how's your Project Scorpio Xbox One X doing?

Thanks guys think I found the right section after reading your comments. Couldnt find it originally then realised I made a typo in the subject of my post too. Apparently I have a conroller problem lol
