    Xbox One X Save Game and Crashing Issues


    So it appears from the various forums that many people are having this problem but no solution or indication of what is causing the problem has been provided... so here goes!

    My Xbox One X that I have had JUST (we are talking days) over a year keeps coming up with the clear local saved games error as well as randomly crashing and being incredibly slow. I have performed numerous generic “solutions” suggested by technical support,
    power cycles, soft resets, factory resets, at one point it got so bad the factory reset kept failing do I had to perform an offline update. At the moment it appears my £400 console would function better as draft excluder than
    a games console!!

    Anyone else have this freezing problem in Fable 3?

    Does event always occur at same spot? - as for "Crashing" if it crashes to x-box dashboard usually a cd issue. If it freezes on save, it may be having too much junk on one character (like 10 of each weapon) or it is more prone to crash the longer you play
    it (this happens to me)

    Also are you using the old system like me? then crash may be heat issue - Send to an official X-box repair representative if you believe this is the case. Older systems (and some of the newer ones) have horrible heat-sync compound

    Keep crashing after 2 mins into the game

    Same issue here. Only difference is I have it on an Xbox One X. Starts game. Go to race, or anything for that matter, and a couple of minutes into playing it crashes.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue concerning your console not loading back up.

    I can totally see where you're coming from and can see how this could be frustrating.

    I would say that if you have already done all of those troubleshooting steps you listed, it would seem that your console is experiencing a hardware problem that needs servicing. Try maybe creating a repair order off of our

    device support     page or by contacting
    customer support     and having an agent help you with that directly.
