Xbox one X save data issue

Thanks for your response. If you delete local save game data, the game saves will be removed and deleted from your console but, after the console restarts you will be able to re-sync your game saves from the cloud. This will effectively allow you to pickup
from where you left off in-game. Before clearing your local save data, be sure that the console has been connected to the internet prior. For more information on game saves check out:

If you turned off the game or xbox when saving the game, it is that you damaged the complete save file. Or you might get out of power, anything could happen. In short, never turn off the game or the console when saving the game.

When you cleared the local save data, when you launched a game did it say syncing save data? Are you connected to the internet with your console?

I’ve already tried a factory reset is there anything else that would help?

Hey thanks for responding and i saved all my games on the internal hard drive and its with all games and if i delete the local data will that get rid of all my save data in game?
