    Howdy y'all,

Idk if any of you have had an issue like this but I've tried everything that Microsoft recommends as well as other internet explanations and troubleshoots and long story short, no matter what I do, my Xbox One X/S controller frequently disconnects from my first-gen console. I got a new wireless controller for Christmas because my wired one had stopped working and it had been fine for about a month. Over the past week or so, my controller has not been staying connected under any circumstances. The things I've tried to fix this problem include:

    - Hard Resetting my Xbox

    - Disconnecting and Re-connecting my controller

    - Disconnecting any Hard drives

    - New power cord

    - New Xbox (first gen)

    - Flip the Xbox on its side

    - Plug into a new and unused outlet

    - Disconnecting any nearby bluetooth devices

    - Update console and controller

Nothing seems to be working. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know a fix to this problem?
