Xbox one x rushed

Bought an xbox when it first came out, 3 years I had it without any issues. Xbox one X 3 weeks and during that time nothing but problems, Microsoft get your act together. I now have to send it away for repair, why? No exchange program ? Early Xbox X adopter's
matter towards the success of the console and Microsoft treat us as an afterthought. Any other X owners dismayed with.

Halo Infinite as Next Xbox's Launch Title?

It would be about 3 years between Xbox One X and their Next Gen Xbox—if it launches in 2020. That isn’t rushing. Xbox One X is an 8th gen refresh. Why should that last for close to or as long as a full regular console cycle, when all it really is utilized for is resolution enhancements and minor visual enhancements to current gen software?

 

Because every game trailer should have Snoop Dogg a/k/a/ Snoop Lion in it...

Snoop Dogg first made it in that Big Time Rush X-Mas special and now he makes it in this? Snoop Dogg's got it going everywhere. Hahahaha... I wish this one makes it on the PC version but hey, if it gets PS4/Xbox One gamers to play, why not? Awesome.

 

You may have just got a defective unit, which unfortunately happens to some few, unlucky people.

The repair service offered by Microsoft may send you a brand new replacement console, if they deem it necessary. They will try to repair your current console first.

 

Same with mine. Been An owner of Xbox from the Original. Bought a New Xbox one X on release day and before I played a second game it was dead and would not power on. Trust me this is bigger than they are making it seem. I would think a 15+ year owner would
get treated better. Thanks for getting me to spend $540 on a new console just for it not to work before the holiday season. Whats worse is that I got rid of my Xbox one S consoles and gave them as gifts to my younger cousins, thinking this thing would be a
power house. Very Disappointing in general with this generation of console and Service. I should have had a working console on my front door before I even sent this one out. How do you think this is OK Microsoft? And the Retailers won't take it back, They
say talk to Microsoft. Ive begun to lose so much trust its not even funny. I feel lied to over and over again, and nothing is ever done to remedy the situation properly.

 

So do you just troll with this account with ZERO game score and 3 friends? Might make it easier to believe how wrong you have been treated if you used the actual 15 plus year account to post.

No troll here, just a very dissatisfied and disappointed owner who has supported Microsoft and Xbox for years. Yeah Zift is just the account I requested my service under. It wouldn't let me request it under this account for whatever reason. I don't need
to talk about how many consoles Ive owned or how many games Ive purchased or even how many xbox live accounts I pay for. I have a right to feel the way I do. Before you try and troll anyone just accept the fact that they released this console way before they
should have. I'm not one of the ones that made a YouTube video about the kind of issues that exist on the console (you can check all of those on your own) because honestly I'm kind of over them. Ive been dealing with crap from them for awhile now and Ive never
really been taken care of. Yeah Im upset when I spend over $500 on a console and install one game that takes hours, and than play literally one game and than the console does not power on anymore. You need to stop being a troll for Microsoft

 

Same here. Really disappointed with the new Xbox One X.... thinking about returning it and getting my money back.
