XBox One X Rewards App

So, here we are again; except this time there is no access to support.

Again, I have purchased a game and coins for a separate game and while Xbox took my money they have not given me the points on the rewards app.

Guess I will never learn that all MS/XBox is interested in is our money without honoring their end of the bargain.

The Xbox Rewards program has never had any offers for purchasing or upgrading to a One X.

If you go on to the Microsoft Rewards App itself it says 'Upgrade to the Xbox One X for 50000 points'

Same problem with the Microsoft Rewards app. There is no picture. Just a grey square that won't load. Xbox series X

I, too, have the same issue. Microsoft Rewards app hanging on the start-up splash screen. Then error message "Oops, looks like something went wrong" Service Unavailable. Tried two separate xbox. One X and Series X. One enrolled for insiders. One not. Both have the same error.
