    XBOX ONE X Replacement Warranty


    I puchased an Xbox One X in April. By December, the HDMI port stopped working. I sent it in for repairs, and it was damaged in transit. Now they are saying they will not replace the XBOX. Clearly, knowing that it was only the HDMI port that didn't work,
    I'm positive it was damaged in transit. How can I get anyone to help me with this? Customer service sent me to Xbox Support. Xbox Support doesn't exist. How the heck do I get an answer?

    That's strange, I Have Xbox 360, Xbox one Fat, Xbox one X and Xbox series X, just my One X had issues, but I replaced trough the out of warranty service and all of them are currently working

    My Xbox one X has had no issue, I think yours is the faulty one, if you have a warranty for the X I suggest to replace it with a new one. Otherwise you are just going to hate it forever.

    If you have an Xbox One X and are experiencing this issue I would suggest you go to your nearest Microsoft store and get it replaced. Every Xbox One X has a 1 year warranty and it still has not been a year since the console came out so every one of those
    is in warrantY. I know theyre suggesting you try that offline system update, and truthfully that is what you should try, but if it happened once I can guarantee it will happen again. Your best bet is to get it replace/repaired via Microsoft support, or like
    I mentioned if you have a Microsoft store you can walk in there and get it replaced. Your xbox will have an option to get it repaired through support or replaced, but of course that process will take longer than just walking into a MS store. Heed my words.
    Better to replace it through your warranty option than try that offline update.
