Xbox one X replacement parts.

Hey guys, I'm looking for someone to point me in the direction of where I can by xbox one x parts(please don't suggest ebay as they don't have any selling specifically). I searched a lot online and only come up with parts for the One S console and other
previous.

Or if anyone has a console they're not using or Is damaged(not completely of course) and would like to sell me their own for parts I won't mind, thank you.

You cannot get them directly from microsoft but there are some repair shops (as microsoft support agent said) around that can sort you out or alternatively you can get spare parts from ebay or other sites.

However as you need basically the entire internals of your console you would be better paying to have it repaired through microsoft if out of warranty or buying a 2nd hand console.

Thanks for bringing your question to the forums. Unfortunately there is no way to buy the internal parts separately from Microsoft. Is the console under warranty, you may get it repaired that way if it is. Also if not in warranty you can try some third party
repair shops to try get it repaired. You can check if it in warranty at
Device support. An out of warranty repair may be cheaper also then buying a new one.

I don't think there are website that specifically sell them; you should find other people who sell them online.

 

You can't officially buy parts for the console, as Microsoft doesn't distribute them to end-user stores. Only certified repair centers can order replacement parts.

There are no user serviceable or user replaceable parts that Microsoft intended for the customer to replace.

You will therefore have to find sources for these parts yourself, or have Microsoft officially service your console.
