Xbox One X Reparatur Service

Hab meine Xbox One X Gears Edition zur Reperatur geschickt, weil ich miiten im Spiel kein HDMI Signal mehr hatte.

Egal ob ich Zurücksetzung durcht TastenKombi oder stecker gezogen habe über nacht oder HDMI Kabel Tausch oder HDMI steckplätze getauscht habe. Also hab ich bei Microsoft ein Auftrag erstellt. Hab meine Xbox One X in Originalverpackung gepackt in ein Karton
gesteckt verschickt.

Nach einer Woche bekomme ich es wieder, Ohne Original Verpackung der Konsole, so lose im karton gesteckt mit allem Inhalt was in der Verpackung war...

Ich versuch verzweifelt den Support zu erreichen, und bekomme keine chance da ran zu kommen. Und möchte gern wissen warum die Original Verpackung beibehalten wurde und nicht wieder eingepackt und mit geschickt wurde....

kann mir Jemand was dazu was schreiben warum? oder helfen was oder wie ich sie erreichen kann?

ps: ansonsten funktioniert die Xbox One X wieder zum Glück, für eine woche warten hat sich das gelohnt.

tausch konsole ging heute raus.

ist es möglich einen abholschein für UPS zu bekommen oder ähnliches?

die nächste UPS station ist ca 15km entfernt und ohne auto schwer zu erreichen.

nun heisst es erstmal daumen drücken das die zweite konsole auch dem zustand meiner entspricht und nicht schlechter :/

per chat hat es nun ganz gut geklappt. tauschkonsole zurück und bekomme eine andere "bessere" nach eingang der 1. tauschkonsole zugeschickt.

bin ich mal gespannt, ich hoffe wenn es eine reparierte ist das diesmal der meister am werk war und nicht der lehrling.
