    Xbox One X repair/replacement


    My new console is still under warranty. It worked fine at first, but last night I couldn't get a connection between it and my TV. It powers up OK and the HDMI cable works (I connected a different device and didn't have any problem with it). I've looked
    the problem up and tried all the tips I found, all to no avail. The most common advice I found was to get it repaired or replaced. How do I do that? I bought it from the Microsoft Store directly.

    The Xbox ONE X is now on it's way to Microsoft to investigate, repair or replace under warranty. Not impressed and with hindsight I should of stayed with the PS4.

    Sorry to hear it. If your console is an Original Xbox One then I'm afraid you would need to look into replacing it as Xbox no longer takes those in for repairs.

    However, if it's an S or X then I would recommend setting up a repair at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com for the console
