    Xbox One X - Refusing To Update!


    Hello. This has been happening for months. The console will need an update, but it fails, so I get placed on the "Something Went Wrong" screen. I try all the troubleshooting steps, including:

    • Restart
    • Reset But Keep Everything
    • Factory Reset
    • Offline Update.
    When this happened before, all the options would fail. So, I would retry Offline Update multiple times, and then, it would finally work. Now, it's not working at all. When I click Offline Update, it goes back to "Something Went Wrong" in less than 5 seconds.

    This is ridiculous. This should not be happening this much. I would really appreciate some help because now, this Xbox is as useless a brick. Thank you.

    • E101 00000503 80070003
