    Xbox one X record feature


    Has anyone been havijg any issues recording a game clip on xbox one x? Just started to notice that any game clip i try to capture only records 6-9 seconds long causing me to miss out on something i am trying to capture. I have 45 seconds chosen as my default
    record time. Any answers as to why this is happening? I have plenty of space on my hard drive

    So i have looked under those settings and have “record what happened” set to 45 seconds and yet it still only will record for 6-9 seconds.

    Check Settings>Preferences >Capture and share >Capture>Record what happened setting.

    Try deleting some captures off of your consoles Internal drive after you upload them to the cloud.

    You could also connect an external drive, formatted as the capture location for all your captures.

    I think you only have limited space on the internal drive for captures, clips, screenshots etc. and once the limit is reached older captures are overwritten by newer ones.

    WTF... Game Clip voice recording - Why is this not possible?

    When I record a game clip on the Xbox One X my voice is not recorded even though all my mic settings are set to on. I'm totally confounded as to why this is so, since my mic is working with other apps and game chat. Supposedly this feature is built into
    the Xbox One X capture system.

    if you recorded the clip by pressing the Xbox button then pressing X then you can upload it to One Drive by going to the Recent Captures on your Xbox, selecting the clip you want to upload then selecting See All Sharing Options
    How i forgot, how i record gameplay with a xbox one as if its a camera? Not record that feature thing.
