Xbox One X Randomly Shuts Off after 10-15 Minutes & Then Goes To Green Reset Screen When...

So, I came home after going to the beach for memorial day. Got home put everything away then played some Division 2. Played for probably about 2 hours then turned off the Xbox One X. Did some more things that needed to be done around the house then later
in the evening I decided to game again. I turned on the Xbox got to the home screen started to launch a game and then it just shut off no error code nothing. I could not even turn the Xbox back on with the controller. I had to get up and push the power
button on the Xbox. When I did I got the green loading screen you get when you reset the Xbox and it would not go to the home screen just would shut off. I tried about 3x more times with no progress. Then I googled and found instruction to factory reset
so I did that and I went through the whole process it was half way through loading the factory rest then shut off. Finally I gave up. I called Microsoft Support. I talked to a rep who told me to try and turn it back on which I did and it resumed the factory
reset. I was able to get all the way to the home screen and then launch a game. The rep stayed on the phone for about 5 minutes to wait and see if it shut down which it did not. So I thought it was all fixed. While waiting I was talking with the rep and
he said he believed it was a update gone wrong and that it was what it had to be. Well I didn't play for more then 10 minutes and had to go to bed. Well the next day I came home from work and got everything done then went to sit to relax and play for a bit.
Pry 10-15 minutes into getting it on and trying to load a game it shut of again and is doing exactly what it did before. It randomly shuts down with no error code then when turned back on goes to the green reset loading screen then into the home page and
after 10-15 minutes turns off again. This is the 6th Xbox system I have owned. I owned the original Xbox, 3x Xbox 360's which I had to keep purchasing due to getting "Red Rings of Death" and the 3rd I repaired myself with mods to keep it working. I also
had the Xbox One which I gave to my son when I got the Xbox One X. I have had the Xbox One X which I paid over $400 for in 2017 and for it to just die like this is crazy. I bought mine from Best Buy and never was offered the extended warranty or knew about
it or I would have gotten it seeing what I went through with 3x Xbox 360's. I was told by the Microsoft Rep that it was more then likely a update issue that was causing the problem so how is it my fault in any way and why should I have to pay $225 to have
it fixed? I currently own almost 300 digital games on Xbox and I have more then supported Microsoft and the Xbox. I at the end of September was hit with a unknown virus which cause Viral Encephalitis and was on life support and unconscious for two weeks
and due to the Viral Encephalitis which attacks your brain I have no memory of the end of September til the beginning of November. I came to at the beginning of November and had to learn how to walk, move, eat, pretty much do anything. I fought every single
day to get back fractions of what I had. I spent two weeks in rehab learning to do everything all over again and fought so hard that the were blown away by what I achieved so much that they put a plaque permanently on the wall at the rehab center with my story.
I have come along way and no Doctor can explain it as it should have taken me 1 - 2 year to get back a fraction of what I have gotten. I played Xbox and I believe that helped me tremendously to get my mind going and to help fix things. Now its broken and
I have to pay to get it fixed which I can't right now due to paying off medical bills. I have tried to talk with support but got no where. Please if anyone knows what is wrong or how to fix this please let me know. I simply can not afford to shell out $225
right now to have it fixed and I am not sure even why if it was an update which caused it why I have to pay to get it fixed. I just want to get back to gaming as like I said it has helped me by far to relax and to help stimulate my brain and thinking in every
way so I just want to get it fixed.
