Xbox One X randomly disconnects (Wired)

Hello, I've been having this issue with my One X for a while, pretty much since I bought it the day it came out. I had a One S and OG One beforehand.

My xbox will randomly drop its connection to the internet. I have a wired gigabit internet. Before this I had a wired connection that was still decently fast from another ISP.

I've had the router replaced along with all other associated equipment.

The One S has no issues while I had it. Just the One X.

Not on the ISPs end due to it happening with both and with each router.

It isn't the ethernet cable as I have changed that.

All ports that I could see the Xbox might use (there's like 20) have been forwarded both with UPNP on and off, etc.

I've tried just about all I can think to try.

I've done all the usual troubleshooting and then much more.

Not sure what else to try at this point. Any suggestions? I'd prefer advice from those who have handled this issue and or just know just about everything to know about Xbox networking issues. I say this
because any small or complex trouble shooting will not work. I've done it all many times and in different ways.

Try another cable directly connected to the router.

It does sound like you have attempted just about everything that you could, but here is the support pages solution guide that may offer some other insight or remedy which you may not have tried. Please let us know if it does or does not help. Good luck!

Another thing I found is in regards of a Double NAT being detected in your network. Here is that information as well just in case.

I do apologize if you have tried these before, but I feel like we may be exhausting our options other than possibly getting your console serviced.

As previously stated, I've replaced the ethernet cable.

I've also tried different ports on each router.

Is the console disconnecting while playing online or just browsing the home pages? I know I used to have issues with it disconnecting, however I never did anything it just kinda stopped doing it. Sometimes I would just unplug and plug back in the Ethernet
cable and it would work again. I understand how frustrating it is and hopefully you can get some help.

Thank you for contacting Forum support!

Please try to reset the router and modem

1. Xbox >Settings

2. Network

3. Network settings

4. Go offline/ shut down console.

5. Turn off router and modem for 2 or 5mins (unplug power cable from devices)

6. Turn on devices and test all network connections.

(you can also test other ports on the router with a different Ethernet cable)

Port forward

(Either sign into your router and set up these ports or contact your internet provider)
