Xbox one x random WiFi disconnections

Are you using WiFi or wired ethernet to connect console, (og, S or X) to router/gateway?

I had the same issue with my One X. I disconnected my Modem and Router. Then I changed the password to my Wifi in addition to following the steps linked above. It worked for me.

Are you using a wired connection or WiFi to connect to your router?

If using WiFi and 3rd party headset Disconnect the headsets or look for other

Wireless interference that may be causing these dropouts from XBox Live when you are updating.

A wired connection causing dropouts may be a Faulty cable or port on your router.

Hey man, maybe try resetting your router.

Unplug your router from its power source for 45 seconds and then plug it back in. Wait for all of the lights to reappear and then try signing back in. Hope this helps!
