    i recently got an xbox one x and it worked great but now it is randomly signing me out. Ot has even signed me out when i did not load anything

    i have tried a hard restart but nothing has changed

    i have also tried reconecting the internet

    is there anyway to fix this?

    Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

    Getting kicked off your profile does tend to occur if you are experiencing intermittent network inconsistencies.

    I would recommend that you review the
    Xbox One Network Connection     wizard and see if some of the solutions there are able to provide the fix your are looking for.

    I would also recommend that you try running the Detailed network statistics on your console and see if perhaps that can shed some light on perhaps why you keep getting signed out of your profile. This can be done by following these steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
    6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
      Detailed network statistics      .

    Go ahead and give this a shot and let us know about your results!
