Ma XBOX ONE X s'éteint pendant la veille du mode reprise instantané, elle ne le fait pas tous les jours, et ce n'est pas du une coupure de courant ( elle est branché sur un onduleur ), j' ai essayé de vider le cache mais sans amélioration.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with the Xbox One X.

I recommend to first try
power cycling your Xbox One X console.

Disconnect and Reconnect your console's power cable

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Thank you for keeping us updated in regards to the console randomly shutting off during instant on mode. I know I said it is random but is there a specific time this happens? For instance,
when playing a game or watching videos, etc.

Please try changing the console to

Energy saving mode. To change this setting:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide (Don't hold the Xbox Button on the controller)
2. Select System > Settings
3. Select Power & startup > Power mode & startup.
   
4. Select Power mode to change the setting to Energy-Saving

Then restart the console by pressing the
Xbox Button again. Go to System and select
Restart Console (Not Settings).

Cela n'est pas dû des coupures de courant.
