    I purchased an Xbox One X and i didn't receive any points for the purchase. I received points for the last hardware purchase I made.

    Never got Xbox Reward points for buying Xbox One. Can I get Microsoft Rewards points instead?

    I never got the Xbox Rewards points (or any points, from any of my purchases) from buying my Xbox One X. Now that program is no more, and they're running an offer for 50,000 points if you buy a One X. Is there any way I can get those points in substitution
    for never receiving my Xbox Rewards points?

    in May. There was a reward for 50,000 points if you purchase an Xbox One X. I have purchased an Xbox One X and not got any points. I have registered the console under my name and everything. Can someone tell me how I get my points?

    There have not been any offers to receive credits for purchasing a One X. Hardware will only receive credits if there is a specific offer for it.

    Unfortunately, you have to purchase an Xbox One X and/or Far Cry 5 DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points.

    Hi Excrills,

    Did you purchase the Xbox One X during the promotional period? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely they will award you the points.

    You would only get the points for a purchase during the promotional period, unfortunately.
    Well that's the thing, I had seen the tab for the points before I purchased the Xbox one x so it must have been in the promotional period?
