    XBOX One X Project Scorpio Edition - NO STAND


    Did anyone else receive their Project Scorpio Edition One X with no vertical stand? I watched a few of the unboxing videos and it seems as though the entire cardboard piece it came in was missing from mine. I couldn't find any media traffic on other people
    experiencing this and I'm not sure I want to deal with Microsoft on getting a replacement or returning it to the Navy Exchange where I purchased it from.

    Concerns about the reported problems about the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition.

    I just purchased an Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition off of Amazon and I'm concerned about the failure rate, heat, fan noise and other problems with Scorpio Xbox One Xs by reading the forums off of Xbox.com and others. I haven't opened up the retail box
    yet. Should I return it and get an regular Xbox One X or an 1-2 TB Xbox One S?

    So how's your Project Scorpio Xbox One X doing?

    I never liked the idea of the console being vertical, doesn`t seem right somehow.

    So my One X is staying horizontal and the stand is staying in the box.

    That's why I'm not really intrigued to deal with getting a replacement. Figured if it was a common issue then maybe Xbox would make it easier to obtain one.

    I probably won't put my console vertical either. Just one of those wish I had received everything I was supposed to moments. Not going to worry about it though.

    I believe it was "Xbox" or whatever the deafault was for the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, but then I changed it to Project Scorpio.

    Hi there,

    Purchasing any electronic item on Day One runs the same risk, this is not unique to the Xbox One X release - Prices drop after release, there are limited time specials offered, or a newer model comes out down the road.

    Same goes for automobiles.

    The Scorpio edition is a limited edition console. No more will be made of that edition. Any user If you want an Xbox One X with PUBG, it won't say Project Scorpio on it.

    Any user currently looking for a Project Scorpio edition console one month after release will most likely be paying a higher price for it than what it originally sold for.
