XBOX One X Project Scorpio breaks for the third time in a year!

I want to share my sad story with the community.



XBOX One X Project Scorpio bought in the first days of sales in November 2017, before using the XBOX One S, which has never had any problems.



The first failure occurred after a few months, in early February 2018.

I contacted technical support, and together we tried to reanimate the console, but, unfortunately, nothing helped, and a repair request was issued. Repair is the replacement of a broken console with a similar RESTORED!

In this case, XBOX One X Project Scorpio can be replaced with a regular XBOX One X.

I want to note that the information from the support service, and the site is often different, this led to the fact that I brought the broken console to the main office of Microsoft, where they were surprised and said that I did not come there, and
I need to go to a completely different place.

Well, ok, compared to what was waiting for me next, it's just nonsense.



On February 8, 2018, I brought a console to the UPS office and after a week (February 13, 2018) I took it from there myself. Actually, it seems to me very strange that I have to do it myself, take it, wait a week, take it on my own, it says a lot about
the service level of Microsoft. Well, okay, I tell you further)



The second failure occurred in September 2018.

It was already sad.

Symptoms are the same. Error E 105. Unsuccessful attempts to reanimate the X-box in all possible ways and then all according to the old scheme.

On September 24, 2018, I myself, already knowing where to go, brought the prefix to the UPS office and on September 27, 2018 took the similarly restored XBOX One X Project Scorpio.



Of course, I thought it was just an accident, because the coolest, most powerful, best and most expensive at the moment game console in the world should not break so often. I was wrong!



The end of December 2018. The third breakdown. I'm just completely shocked by what is happening). All the same. Again, a group of errors E105.

December 23 in my account I make out an application for repair. December 28, 2018 bring broken XBOX One X Project Scorpio to UPS and the fun begins)

I call customer support and ask if it is normal that XBOX One X Project Scorpio breaks three times a year? I tell them that the end of January 2019 ends the warranty on the XBOX One X Project Scorpio, and I am not sure that it will not break again.
I tell them that I only need one-working console and suggest that they simply extend my warranty for one year or send me a NEW, not a restored XBOX. In my case, it seems to me that this is rightly. They say they will think and do everything possible)



Mid-January console is still not there… I call support and ask where is my XBOX One X Project Scorpio? They say they do not know where he is)). The status is indicated in the personal account: “Your parcel is already on the way to us”. Since January
15, I call technical support almost every day and hear only one thing — we don’t know and have transferred the information to the offline team. I already screamed at them (which is wrong, of course) and I asked in a good way, nothing helps)))

Moreover, then emails arrive with information that my application is closed, and they are asked to evaluate the work of the support service or to bring my console to the UPS office)). It means that they have a mess there!



Today is January 28, 2019. A month has passed. Where is my XBOX One X Project Scorpio I do not know. Support service, too) They say they crashed some kind with the serial numbers of consoles. And they promise this week to send me a RECOVERED XBOX One
X Project Scorpio! PROMISE) RECOVERED))



All documents confirming my story with me. Be attentive friends!

I do not recommend XBOX One X Project Scorpio, better take the usual XBOX One X (I was told in the support service that it was with Scorpio that there were a lot of problems)!



I'm thinking about buying a PlayStation)))
