    Hi there.

    I want to try and see how I can get the casing replaced for my Xbox One X - Project Scorpio Edition. My console fell recently and chipped the edge of the casing slightly. Also my elite series 1 controller has squeaky triggers? This is a common fault with
    them as far as I am aware!. I'm trying to see if I can get both of these sent off to be repaired? But apparently theres no option to phone a Microsoft help person. I am based in the UK. Can anyone help me?

    Not likely as they are limited run items. Best bet is to buy a broken xbox one x on eBay and swap the case.

    Thats bad aint it? You think they would have spare casing for the Scorpio edition consoles.

    I have had no luck setting up a repair for my series 1 controller? I only seen the option for the elite series 2 controller? Any ideas?

    They just grab a refurbished console odd the dtack and ship it back. You will not have your console retuned, and are definitely not guaranteed a Scorpio back, and i wouldnt recommend paying the $100+ just for cosmetic damage.

    You can arrange a repair for your controller

    i did specified the controller was the Scorpio one several time in the chat. They didn't deny that.

    They are simply assuming that since the system wont recognize the ID of the controller it wasnt a Scorpio edition one.

    And that's odd: they replaced the controller as "controller given with the console in warranty" and the console was "xbox one x Scorpio " ... but the only controller given with that console is the Scorpio . The mistake is under them eyes.

    I texted Microsoft IT on facebook and they opened again my case. I hope someone will call me to explain the facts.

    i have got the original project scorpio edition controller the elite 1 and the elite 2 and have not had any issue with either one of them
