    Hi,

    Before I start explaining, I wanna say, after trying to solve anything through the "Virtual Agent" or trying to connect live to someone, turned out to be an
    absolute waste of my time.

    I am having this following issue:

    When playing Shadow of The Tomb Raider, After 5 minutes of playing my console says that there is a
    problem with my save files and that I should go ahead and "clean" them, turns out cleaning them rolls back my game progress just to have the same issue happen again and again and again.

    Sometimes, which is a real cherry on top, the console throws an e105 error after deleting the corrupted data, and the start screen is completely frozen.

    Also, turns out resetting the console helps, but only for a day or so, the problems are keep on coming back.

    Is my console doomed? What should I do next? And why do I have the feeling getting a new piece will have issues too.

    I feel like there is always something wrong with xbox consoles no matter what, unless I get really lucky.

    You're in luck. Game saves on your Xbox one already save to the cloud on your account, so when you log into your new Xbox One X and download the games, your save files will be there waiting for you!

    Does Xbox One X support 4K video files?

    I'm bumping this thread because I'm getting ready to buy an Xbox One X soon.

    just wondering if anyone else has been able to play 4K video files saved on a USB stick using either the Media Player app or VLC app on the Xbox One X?

    delete the game save on the console then try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure
    you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading screen when you power it back up and now try to play

  6. I tried reinstalling, now I was able to play for 10 minutes before it happened again.

    Have you tried removing your account from your console then signing back in. This should resync you data and cloud data.

    Nope, didn't help, also did a factory reset, still nothing, is that a faulty console?

    Hey Lukas,

    Before considering having to get the Xbox serviced or replaced I would recommend trying a complete and full factory reset where everything gets removed.

    If that doesn't help then the console will need to get repaired as the E105 error is one that usually leads to needing to get the Xbox repaired. You can set up a repair at
