xbox one x problems getting on xbox live for anything itermittent

hi i have had terrible problems the last few days of getting on the xbox live.. i brought the new FS19 a few days ago - yesterday was the first day i could save anything properly.

After reset after reset - my nat is open.. i am hard wired not wireless.

Today i logged onto xbox - opened my game and there we go again cant save at this time remove saved games and it will be on the cloud later.

then i have to reset my xbox again... and now it is saying we have a problem at the moment try again later...

What is going on at Xboxlive?

We cant be all having similar issues with our xboxes it cant be that we have to keep doing reset after reset....

There are no service alert up, I think its related to your xbox or internet, You may want to try clearing the MAC address on the console

To clear the MAC Address - Go to settings. All settings, Network - Advanced network , Alternate Mac Address - clear

Also I would do a network test and see how your internet is doing. It may not meet the required amount needed to play or function properly

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you have been experiencing some connection issues preventing you from saving your progress unto the cloud. I'd like for you to run a connection test by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.

You will either get an "it's all good" or an unique error message for which we have troubleshooting on our

Connection Solution page.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Hi guys i did everything everyone suggested and I thankyou.... my last resort was to do this

If anyone has similar problems i would suggest this above it was my last resort before paying to have my xbox x sent away.... it saved me money and it cured the problem..

If you dont want to do it your self get someone to help you.... I now have my usb key in a safe place if i EVER need it again..
